Engineered Wood Products
We have an extremely experienced in-house design team who have worked on various projects with leading regional developers, builders and contractors. Our team will design and manufacture engineered wood products, including I-beams, truss rafters and metal web joists. We have specialist machinery on site including two computerised Randek saws, a computerised Stromab X-cut saw, a Uni-roll metal web press and a Birch truss press.
RTD meets the European Timber regulations and is proud to hold the environmental Chain of Custody certification from the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) and the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC). Our customers can therefore be assured that we actively support responsible forest management. Our EWP factory control procedures are CE Mark certified by Exova BMTrada and we are audited by this body on a twice yearly basis.
You're able to upload drawings here and one of our design team will contact you to discuss. We will then create a detailed quotation for your project including costs and layout using a specialist design system. Once manufactured, we have a fleet of specialist vehicles, and we can deliver to sites across the South West.
